Aryans Group of Colleges launches state wide awareness campaign under “Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao” Scheme
Hundreds of girl students participated in slogan writing, Painting and Flash Mob competition

Aryans Group of Colleges, Chandigarh today launched state wide awareness campaign on 'Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao'. Today a number of activities including "Slogan writing, Painting, Nukadd Natak and Flash Mob" were organized. Girls also took out an awareness rally on ridge to promote girls education. Dr. Anshu Kataria, Chairman, Aryans Group was the Chief Guest while Sh. Tikender Singh Panwar, Deputy Mayor, Shimla was the Guest of Honor on the occasion. Hundreds of girl students participated in the awareness drive.

On the occasion Dr. Kataria also announced 50 scholarships to the girl students of Himachal. Interested students can give a missed call on 1800-30000-388 to get registered.

Kataria further said that Aryans has launched its various scholarship awareness drives in different states. These scholarship drives will encourage economically weaker students to come forward. Following its Prime Minister Modi’s campaign the group has kept scholarship seats under “Beti Bachao,Beti Padhao” scheme. 

Dr. Parveen Kataria, Director General, Aryans Group while speaking on the occasion said that the scholarship seats are available under the courses like B.Tech, MBA, BBA, BCA, B.Com, BA, GNM, +1 and polytechnic Diploma etc. 

She further said that Punjab has become the destination for the students of other states also. Hundreds of students from HP are already studying at Aryans under various courses. Not only in academics but these students are actively participating in sports, cultural and innovations.

Ms Shashi Katnawer, Media Coordinator, Aryans Group said that the theme “Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao” will insist more girls to join engineering and diploma courses and the scholarship counseling will make students aware about various scholarship schemes provided by the Government and Aryans.
