Over 300 candidates get shortlisted by 72 companies in the 31st

31st Aryans Job Fest brought a bouquet of
jobs as over 300 candidates were got selected by 72 companies at the job fest
held today at Aryans Group of Colleges, Chandigarh. The fest witnessed over
3200 walk-ins from different parts of the country. Dr. Anshu Kataria, Chairman,
Aryans Group of Colleges inaugurated the job fest.
Congratulating and thanking all the candidates and
participating companies, Dr. Anshu Kataria said that Punjab has become the hub
of education and now is emerging as the hottest job markets in India. With
huge hiring requirements, the job fest would facilitate recruitment and enable
jobseekers to fulfill their aspirations and meet the need of today’s Industry.
The fest witnessed job seekers from the
twin cities as well as other parts of the Country. Of the total number of
participants, 60% of the jobseekers were at the fresher level, 25% at mid
management and 10% at senior level. It was a multi-industry job fest, with participating
companies from IT, ITES, Education, Medical and Manufacturing among others.
Prof. B.S Sidhu, Registrar, Aryans Group commenting on
the occasion said that Corporate Stalwarts was the prominent company offering
highest salary package upto 10 Lacs per annum. Heavy rush was also witnessed in
the companies like Afterdoor solutions,
Allumez Infotech Pvt. Ltd., Beon Systems, Beta Soft Systems Inc, Bright
Institute, Career Craft Consultants, Career Kraft, Harksh Technologies Pvt Ltd,
M/S Diya Gas Bottling Pvt Ltd, Winapps Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd, Xirgosoft
Technologies, SEO Raisers etc. These companies have offered good packages starting from 2.5 lacs up to 5 lacs.
Recruiters and participants were enthusiastic about
the response to the fest. Talking to team Aryans, Mr. Amit Sidana, Director,
Corporate Stalwarts said, “the fest provided a good platform to shortlist candidates
for different disciplines whereas participants got the chance to get
interviewed by companies of various sectors”.
