DLF today visited Aryans Business School (ABS) for the campus placements of its MBA students. Mr. Ashish Arora, Training Manager, DLF Pramerica interviewed the candidates for placements. It is to be mentioned that DLF Pramerica Life Insurance Company Ltd. (DPLI) is a joint venture between DLF Limited and Prudential International Insurance Holdings, Ltd. (PIIH).
A pre-placement talk was held in which Mr.Arora addressed the students and answered their queries. The talk was followed by Group Discussion (GD) and the Personal interview. Around 100 MBA students of Aryans Business School (ABS) & Aryans School of Management (ASM) participated in the placement drive. Finally 8 candidates were short listed and company is offering package of Rs.2.75 lakh per annuam.
Dr. Anshu Kataria, Chairman Aryans Group of Colleges told that the B-Schools are back in business. This time number of companies are approaching Aryans because Aryans is one of the few CAT Allied B Schools of the Chandigarh region. The Aryans has become a Non-IIM Member of CAT 2009 Group, which has widened the scope of placement opportunities to the MBA Students.
Dr. Kataria further said, The Training and Placement cell establishes contacts with industrial houses to arrange training and placement of the students. The Training and Placement cell also guides and helps the Final year students in securing jobs with their knowledge and achievements, by organizing campus Interviews and exploring various avenues for their placement, Dr. Kataria added further.
