Chandigarh based Aryans Group of Colleges (AGC) has started the admissions for the session 2010-11. Aryans Group offers MBA, BBA and BCA. It is the largest Non-Engineering MBA focused campus of region. Recently, Dr.Kiran Bedi has awarded Aryans Business School as “Best Upcoming B-school of North India”.
Aryans Group is the only private group of North India which has got the approval to use GMAT, GRE & CAT scores from GMAC (USA), ETS (USA) and IIM's respectively. Aryans Business School (ABS) is the first B-school of Chandigarh to get prestigious membership of Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business’ (AACSB), USA.
It is to be mentioned that AGC has many International collaborations to provide the global exposure to students, Fontys University (Netherlands)LSME (London) , Outline Systems (USA) and AUPP (Australia) etc. It is also first in Punjab to get approval for Executive MBA from AICTE, New Delhi and Government of Punjab.
The group is being run by Muktsar born 34 years old Dr. Anshu Kataria, a doctorate in management from University Business School (UBS), Chandigarh. He is being supported by his three family members incuding his father Prof.D.C.Kataria, Vice-Chairman,his wife Dr.Parveen Kataria, and his mother Mrs.Rajni Kataria. It is to be mentioned that all of them were teachers. It is the only group in region which is being run by a group of academicians and educationalist family.
