“Young Indian management graduates can lead the world ” ED, Indo Thai Chamber of Commerce, Thailand

“Indians are more technogically advance, result oriented, energetic, dynamic, hard working, goal oriented and passionate towards their work as compared to outer world. There are lots of opportunities available throughout the world and Indians specially young management graduates should take up bigger responsibilities, think beyond the boundaries, act across the borders, take the command and lead the world”.

This was said by Sh. D.K. Bakshi ,Executive Director, Indo Thai Chamber of Commerce, Thailand while delivering a talk on “Indians and Global Business Leaders” organized by Aryans Business School (ABS). Around 350 MBA and BBA students of Aryans Group of Colleges (AGC) attended the seminar.Dr. Anshu Kataria, Chairman, Aryans Group presided over the function.


Mr. Bakshi emphasized on goal setting, interpersonal skills, effective communication, self-motivation and positive attitude. He added that we have to guide our generation from the very young age. Committed and competent leadership, capable of influencing others and organizations, must be able to demonstrate results in managing the challenge of change, delivering results and of moving themselves towards some higher level of purpose.


He started his speech with Vande Matram where all the students giving the standing ovation joined him and Saare jahan se aacha marked the end of the seminar. Mr. D.K. Bakshi is also Vice-President Global HR with Indo-Rama group and CEO of Global Talent Consultants Company Limited headquartered at Thailand with operations in 11 countries.
