Aryans Group of Colleges (AGC) has started the placement drive for this session. With regard to this, DLF today visited AGC for the campus placements of its MBA students. After the various rounds finally 18 candidates were short listed. This year around 100 companies would visit Aryans campus for the placements & students would be selected on the basis of their capabilities.
Mr. Mandeep Singh, Deputy Manager, DLF Pramerica interviewed the candidates for placements. Mr. Ajay Jindal (Associate Partner) and Mr. Umesh Sharma (Associate Sales Manager) also addressed the students. It is to be mentioned that DLF Pramerica Life Insurance Company Ltd. (DPLI) is a joint venture between DLF Limited and Prudential International Insurance Holdings, Ltd. (PIIH).
A pre-placement talk was held in which Mr. Singh, addressed the students and answered their queries. The talk was followed by Group Discussion (GD) and the Personal interview. Around 100 MBA students of Aryans Business School (ABS) & Aryans School of Management (ASM) participated in the placement drive. Finally 18 candidates were short listed and company is offering package of Rs.2.50 lakh per annum.
Dr. Anshu Kataria, Chairman, Aryans Group told that the B-Schools are back in business. This time number of companies is approaching Aryans because Aryans Group’s three management colleges are Non – IIM members and it is only group in north India whose 3 colleges are listed in Non-IIM member list. It has widened the scope of placement opportunities to the MBA Students.
Dr. Kataria said that the Training and Placement cell establishes contacts with industrial houses to arrange training and placement of the students. The cell also guides and helps the Final year students in securing jobs with their knowledge and achievements, by organizing campus Interviews and exploring various avenues for their placement, Dr. Kataria added further.
