HCL today visited Aryans Group of Colleges (AGC) during the campus placement drive organized at the college campus at Vill. Nepra, Chandigarh-Patiala highway, near Chandigarh. Finally 18 candidates were short listed and company offered package of Rs.1.80 lakh per annum.
The process started with pre-placement talk by the recruiters, followed by GD and interviews. Mr. Anil Bhatt from HCL gave a pre-placement talk, addressed the students and answered their queries. Around 100 MBA students of Aryans Business School (ABS) & Aryans School of Management (ASM) participated in the placement drive.

On this placement drive, Dr.D.P.Singh, Director, Aryans Group said that “It is good news that the giant companies like HCL are offering jobs by inviting the graduating students from BCA & BBA streams apart from MBAs. It is indeed a healthy sign for the students in getting finest of jobs at such an early stage as well as for the ever growing Indian economy.” This year around 100 companies would visit Aryans campus for the placements & students would be selected on the basis of their capabilities, he further added.
Mr.Harmander Duggal, Placement Coordinator, said that already many companies have visited Aryans for the campus placements and many students have been shortlisted. The reason behind this success is strong academic base & conduction of regular classes with interactive sessions.
A few of the students who participated in the placement drive, said in similar tones: “Attending a placement drive is in itself a great learning process, at least, for a beginner. We are really elated to the core that we got a chance to prove our worth through our learning.”
