Aryans Group of Colleges (AGC) today organized a seminar on “Online Business in India-Challenges & Opportunities” at Aryans campus, near Chandigarh. Mr. Apurva Pandit, Editor in Chief, pagalguy.com was the Chief Guest on the occasion. Dr. Anshu Kataria, Chairman, Aryans Group of Colleges presided over the function.
While addressing the students, Mr. Pandit said that in the last few decades electronics and information technology has really changed our lives and way of thinking. After electronics and telecom revolution now Internet is growing in a very fast rate in India with telecom giants like BSNL, Tata, Reliance and Airtel are coming up with new broadband packages with attractive tariff rates.
Mr.Pandit started his presentation with the introduction of advent of Internet in India. He motivated students by telling innovative stories of Hotmail, Rediffmail, Orkut, Facebook etc. As per him, today’s generation is fast. They are attention seekers and creative. He also answered various queries asked by students.
