Aryans Business School Organizes
Industrial Visit to Avon Cycles, Ludhiana
Aryans Business School (ABS), Chandigarh organized
an industrial visit for its MBA students. Around 60
students visited Avon Cycles Pvt. Ltd., Ludhiana. They visited various
department of the company including Manufacturing, Marketing, Human Resources,
Research & Development and Finance. The purpose of the visit was
to make students aware of the various practical management aspects.
Mr. M.K. Arora, General Manager, Avon Cycles interacted with
the students. He explained about importance as well as uses of Cycling to Young
one’s in today’s Scenario replacing Vehicles. He further briefed the students
about the career options in the industry.

Group said that such industrial visits would enhance the
practical knowledge about management. The various management concepts being
taught in the classrooms get clarified after experiencing them physically in
the industry itself. He added that such visits would
continue to be there for Management students so that they can learn the
concepts with a better approach.
Ms. Divyapreet Kaur, HoD, ABS said that during the visit
Students also visited their 2nd Manufacturing Plant of E Bikes
and got an opportunity to test drive. She further said that Students also got
the chance to saw their Pre- Production Process of various parts of cycles.
